Shift Leader

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we believe in the bagel and the joy it brings to our guests and team members alike. Shift Leaders are key to creating a positive and productive work environment, motivating the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure a great guest experience
• Take charge and set the morale and tone of the team
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
• Keep the store environment safe and clean

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Aged 18 or older
• Able to work flexible hours, including early hours (as early as 3am), weekends, and holidays
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to obtain a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
• Able to drive and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy

Qualifications

• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but not required at specific locations)

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of ServSafe standards

Pay

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour, starting pay subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
