Shift Leader
At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we believe in the bagel and the joy it brings to our guests and team members alike. Our Shift Leaders play a crucial role in motivating the team and setting a positive tone for the day. Here’s what a typical day might look like:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure a great guest experience
- Take charge and lead the team
- Provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Open and close the store independently
- Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Aged 18 or older
- Able to work varied hours, including early hours (up to 3am), weekends, and holidays
- Able to pass a background check as applicable
- Able to obtain a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
- Able to drive and meet the company’s driving qualifications (preferred but not required)
