At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we believe in the bagel and the joy it brings to our guests and team members alike. Shift Leaders play a crucial role in motivating the team and setting a positive tone for the store. Here’s what a typical day might look like:

• Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure a great guest experience
• Take charge and lead the team
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed
• Open and close the store independently
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but not required) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
