Shift Leader

Job Summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to join their team. Shift Leaders play a crucial role in motivating and setting the tone for the team, collaborating with the General Manager to ensure a great guest experience.

About the Role

The Shift Leader is responsible for opening and closing the store with minimal supervision, ensuring the quality of food and beverages served, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. They also provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team for a great guest experience
• Take charge and set the morale and tone of the team
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Aged 18 or older
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Able to pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Able to obtain a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
• Able to possess a current, valid, state issued driver's license (preferred but not required)

Schedule
