Join our team! We are looking for a Shift Leader to collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision, and they provide feedback and coach team members when needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team for a great guest experience
• Take charge and set the morale and tone of the team
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision
• Maintain the quality of the food and beverages served
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant)
• Able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Able to acquire a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• In possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Able to pass a drug test
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Able to work weekends
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training

Qualifications

Pay

$14.57 - $21.86 per hour

You will never have to work past 3PM (Yep, you read that right! NO EVENINGS & NO NIGHTS!)
