Join our team! We are looking for a Shift Leader to collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision and provide feedback and coach team members when needed.

Einstein Bros. Bagels is a brand dedicated to spreading joy and happiness through the bagel. Shift Leaders play a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring the success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision

• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
• Keep a safe and clean store environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant)
• Able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• In possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but not required) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations

$14.57 - $21.86 per hour

Schedule

Shift Leaders are not required to work past 3PM.
