Job Summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to join their team. Shift Leaders play a crucial role in motivating the team and setting the tone for a positive work environment.

About the Role

The Shift Leader collaborates directly with the General Manager to ensure a great guest experience. They are responsible for opening and closing the store with minimal supervision and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience
• Take charge and set the morale and tone of the team
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision
• Maintain the quality of the food and beverages served
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Aged 18 or older
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours and weekends
• Able to pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• In possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Able to drive and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
