Shift Leader

We are looking for a Shift Leader to join our team at Einstein Bros. Bagels. Our Shift Leaders are key to motivating the team and delivering a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team
• Take charge and set the morale and tone of the team
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
• Keep a safe and clean store environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Aged 18 or older
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant)
• Able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• In possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but not required at specific locations)

Qualifications

Pay

$14.57 - $21.86 per hour

Schedule

You will never have to work past 3PM (Yep, you read that right! NO EVENINGS & NO NIGHTS!)
