About the role

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, Shift Leaders are key members of the team who collaborate directly with the General Manager to ensure a great guest experience. They are responsible for setting the tone and morale of the team, providing feedback and coaching when necessary, and managing the store's operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience
• Take charge and set the tone for the team
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
• Keep the store environment safe and clean

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Aged 18 or older
• Able to work flexible hours, including early hours (as early as 3am), weekends, and holidays
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to obtain a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
• Able to drive and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy

Qualifications

• Passes a drug test
• Passes a criminal background check

Skills

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment

$14.57 - $21.86 per hour
