About the Role

As a Shift Leader at Captain D’s, you're the face of the brand—leading the team and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience in a fast-paced, team-driven restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering great guest service.
• Empower and develop team members in a dynamic work environment.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Handle repetitive movements for extended periods and work around chemicals or uneven surfaces.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of a background check.
• Ability to continuously use speech, hearing, vision, and manual dexterity.
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work variable days and hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
