Shift Leader
About the role
As a Shift Leader at Captain D’s, you'll be the face of the brand, leading the team and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team in providing exceptional guest service
- Ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow
- Train and mentor team members
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of a background check required
- Continuous use of speech, hearing, vision, and manual dexterity
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Occasional use of taste, smell, and far vision
- Works around chemicals and on uneven surfaces
- May use a step stool/ladder
