Cafe Zupas is seeking a Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. This position offers 4 raises your first year, no Sundays, early mornings, or late nights, and numerous leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead team through daily responsibilities
• Prepare house-made dishes on the line
• Ring up and checkout orders
• Create real connections with our guests
• Coach team members
• Be good to others and to yourself

Requirements

• 1-3 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industry
• Experience training others
• Available to work between 20-40 hours per week
• Enthusiastic, positive, and patient
• Growth-minded, driven, and detail-oriented
• Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to new processes and systems
