Job Summary
Join our team! We are looking for a Shift Leader at Bruegger’s Bagels. Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel, adding flavor and helping hold the team together. Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to deliver a great guest experience, set the tone, and provide feedback and coaching.
What’s a Day in the Life of a Shift Leader?
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure a great guest experience
- Take charge and set the morale and tone of the team
- Provide feedback and coach team members when needed
- Open and close the store with little to no supervision
- Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
- Keep a safe and clean store environment

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- Must have a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but not required) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
- Tip eligibility subject to state regulations

- Hourly Rate: $11.67 - $18.67 per hour
- Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations
- The physical demands for this position are sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours
