About the role

Bruegger’s is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. Shift Leaders are integral to motivating the team to deliver a great guest experience. They collaborate directly with the General Manager to set the tone and morale of the team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure a great guest experience
• Take charge and set the tone for the team
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
• Keep the store environment safe and clean

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours and weekends
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Able to pass ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
• Current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but not required)

Pay

$14.57 - $21.86 per hour

Schedule

No evenings or nights, flexible schedule, no need to work past 3PM
