Job Summary

Join our team! We are looking for a Shift Leader at Bruegger’s Bagels. Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to ensure a great guest experience, and they open and close the store with minimal supervision.

About the Role

Shift Leaders play a crucial role in motivating the team and setting the tone for the store. They provide feedback and coaching as needed, ensuring the quality of food and beverages served, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

• Motivate the team to achieve high standards
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours and weekends
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Able to pass ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
• Current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but not required)
