About the role

Bruegger’s is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. Shift Leaders are key members of our team who collaborate directly with the General Manager to ensure a great guest experience. They also provide feedback and coaching to team members.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work varied hours, days, and shifts including early hours and weekends
• Pass background check as applicable
• Obtain ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
• Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required)

• Experience in a leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
