Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of 7-10 people during shifts.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Keep operations running smoothly, from inventory to shift checklists.
• Be the go-to problem solver when challenges arise.

Requirements

• Leadership skills and a passion for building people up.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Previous food service or retail leadership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Salary Description $13.73/hr base pay, tip-eligible role.
