About the role

Clean Juice | Upper Dublin is hiring immediately for daytime shift leaders. This is a great opportunity for teens, college students, or anyone looking for part-time or full-time hours!

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of a quality product while providing an exceptional guest experience.
• Efficiently manage opening and closing of the business, making decisions and answering guests' questions.
• Take initiative and proactively complete and delegate store tasks.
• Key holder of the store.
• Scheduled for opening and/or closing shifts.
• Ensure adherence to Clean Juice standards and procedures.
• Eligible for promotions to management positions.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Capable of reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• No previous experience as a manager, supervisor, shift leader, team leader, or in management is required.
