Shift Leader
Purpose
The Shift Leader reports directly to the General Manager. The SL assists the GM in the achievement of the restaurant's people, operational and financial goals.
Key Accountabilities
Assists GM in achieving restaurant's staffing and development goals
Assists GM in monitoring/ improving employee morale
Personally coaches staff
Supports training of employees
Ensures safety is everyone's top priority
Ensures compliance with all applicable laws
Ensures compliance with all company policies

Open or close the restaurant as required

Qualifications: High School Diploma
Physical and/or Medical Requirements: Must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate.
Pay: $18.00 per hour - Most Pizza Hut restaurants are operated by independent franchises and they control their own employment policies and practices. Benefits available at franchised restaurants may vary.
