The Shift Lead - UWS is responsible for overseeing shifts at the UWS location, ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift schedules and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage team dynamics to enhance productivity and morale.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide support as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency response plans.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively and resolve conflicts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
