Shift Lead A Part-Time Laderach Key Holder (Shift Lead)

What You Can Expect

  • Deliver outstanding customer experience, as well as a similar environment for the in-house team
  • Provide training and/or helping Store Associates to always ensure that production goals are met, including product-finishing projects
  • Lead various in-store tasks during each shift, exemplifying the store and brand standards
  • Ensure the movement on the sales floor is flowing effectively
  • Help ensure product merchandising is done accurately
  • Help to lead the follow-through of all food safety protocols
  • Target sales objectives and help to achieve store compliance and loss prevention standards
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress and topics in need of improvement
  • Participate in other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager

What We Expect From You

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment, with increasing levels of responsibility
  • You are equipped with strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively
  • You are reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs
  • You are quality-minded with keen attention to detail
  • You are passionate about chocolate

Physical Requirements

  • Depending on the length of the shift, employees may need to have physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment.
  • This position requires the ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays).
  • Multitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized.
  • Employees may be required to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products.
  • Restocking low shelves or accessing high displays may involve frequent bending or stretching.
  • Requires the ability to lift 15-40 pounds.
