About the role

As a Part-Time Läderach Key Holder (Shift Lead), you are a brand champion passionate about delivering a wonderful in-store experience. The ideal candidate exhibits strong leadership traits and aims to build a career in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience while fostering a positive environment for the in-house team
• Provide training and support to Store Associates to ensure production goals, including product-finishing projects, are met
• Lead various in-store tasks during each shift, exemplifying store and brand standards
• Ensure smooth movement and flow on the sales floor
• Maintain accurate product merchandising
• Lead the follow-through of all food safety protocols
• Target sales objectives and help achieve store compliance and loss prevention standards
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and areas needing improvement
• Perform other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with increasing levels of responsibility
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
• Reliability and flexibility with scheduling based on store needs
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail
• Passion for chocolate

Physical Requirements

• Physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (e.g., restocking or reorganizing displays)
• Multitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized
• Frequent bending, squatting, or reaching to organize or stock products
• Maintaining store cleanliness, which may involve bending to clean floors or wiping displays
• Restocking low shelves or accessing high displays may require frequent bending or stretching
• Ability to lift 15–40 pounds
