About the role

As a Shift Lead at our Newport Beach location, you will oversee team operations, manage schedules, and ensure high-quality service delivery. You will also be responsible for training new employees and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Manage employee schedules and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Train and mentor new employees to develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay
