Shift Lead - Las Vegas, NV

About the role

Monday - Saturday operations with Sunday off plus another weekday off. Shift hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 AM, paying $21 per hour. The Shift Lead leads hub associates and temporary workers in warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and scanning inbound freight. This role ensures procedures and operations enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead hub associates and/or temporary workers in warehouse operations and activities.
• Oversee receiving, sorting, and scanning of inbound freight.
• Ensure procedures and operations increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Forklift experience.
• High school degree or higher.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperature environments.
• Ability to maneuver and access all areas of the warehouse.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, and reach with arms.
