Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with shift scheduling software
