Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in supporting your team by ensuring a vibrant, professional, and efficient work environment.
- Lead by example, setting the standard for kindness and en-chuzey-asm in every aspect of our operations, with a strong focus on enhancing the member experience.
- Provide a welcoming experience for every Chuze member and guest by sharing information about memberships, fitness programs, amenities, equipment, and engaging club tours.
- Maintain front desk operations by assisting with memberships and executing retail sales, member check-ins, phone inquiries, and serving smoothies (at clubs with Chuze Blends).
- Escalate elevated member concerns and emergent facilities issues, maintaining an understanding of the best practices and partnering with leadership on solutions.
- Cook and support fellow Chuzers on operational best practices, policies, and training standards.
- Support a seamless member experience by upholding Kids Club standards, assisting with Kids Club as needed, fostering collaboration, and establishing clear communication across teams.

Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Previous experience running shifts or leading a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed
Preferences
- Bilingual
- Physical Abilities:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed
