Job Description
Pay Range: $19.50 - $21.73 / hour
Responsibilities
- Set and maintain Chuze standards in customer service by welcoming and interacting with all members
- Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
- Aid in all aspects of front desk operations, including membership sign-ups, retail presentation, amenities, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and making smoothies, if applicable
- Train all front desk employees and maintain knowledge of best practices and policies found in in-person coaching, Learning Management System (LMS) paths, and Harassment Prevention training
- Support running daily shift operations such as breaking employees for lunches, delegating and following up on cleaning responsibilities, and successfully completing opening and closing responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting member inquiries and partner with management for escalated concerns
- Assist in administrative tasks such as member management software reports, inventory counts and managing club email
- Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings
