Shift Lead - Costa Mesa

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and service both to guests and team members
• Anticipate the guest experience and be one step ahead in service and hospitality
• Deploy the team to ensure the best guest experience and maximize speed of service
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate levels or potential shortages
• Communicate essential information in a clear and timely manner, maintaining confidentiality where appropriate
• Model teamwork, collaboration, and respect in accordance with Boba Guys' Values
• Assist in the training and development of new and existing team members

Requirements

• Availability to work weekends, including opening and closing shifts
• Ability to lift, move, or up to 25lb on a regular basis and up to 40lb on an occasional basis
• Ability to properly count cash and coin
