Shift Lead

Operations

• Holds store keys to open and close without management as necessary.
• Aids in and coaches other team members through the warehouse and vendor ordering process.
• Registers all related sales on assigned cash register, including handling scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Assists in reviewing order exceptions and managing reverse logistics.
• Evaluates and develops displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and ensures proper signage for accurate pricing.
• Ensures compliance with local laws regarding regulated products and assists with bookkeeping activities.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance, including store repairs and product placement.
• Performs bag checks and assists at the pharmacy window as needed.

Customer Experience

• Greet and assist customers and patients with products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team members.

Training & Personal Development

• Attends training and completes PPLs requested by Manager.

Communications

• Serves as a liaison between management and non-management team members.
• Reports disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.
