Shift Lead

P. Terry's Slaughter (AUSTIN TX) location is seeking talented Managers/Shift Leaders who are committed to providing a best-in-class guest experience, are Crew Member focused, and passionate about serving the healthiest and highest quality food and drinks of any fast-food restaurant in Texas. We want leaders who are motivated and thrive in a high-energy, high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Setting up the stand which includes Stocking the stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling and food safety walk.
• Count Inventory.
• Do deposits and count the drawers.
• Have all positions cleaned and closed down.
• Making sure the stand is locked and safe.
• Being responsible and in charge of the stand while the GM is not present.
• Supporting the team and jumping in where needed.
• Creating a positive and proactive atmosphere, while having each other’s back.
• Focusing on great customer service, treating our guests like family.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant.

Requirements

• Day and/or Night shift depending on needs.
• Managers serve safe (we can provide for you if needed).
• 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Ability to promote teamwork and develop and support others.
• Ability to lift 35-50lbs.
• Ability to lift, reach and bend over for product.

Pay

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
