Job Summary:
Are you a natural leader passionate about food, teamwork, and fun? Moby Dick House of Kabob is looking for a high-energy Shift Leader to help run the show during your shifts and keep the restaurant buzzing! You’ll be the go-to person, guiding the team, ensuring perfectly grilled kabobs, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile. If you’re ready to step up, take charge, and grow your leadership skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
- Assist the GM in growing Sales using Local Restaurant Marketing
- Assist the GM with identifying and grooming talent in your store using Moby Dick Development tools
- Take on an area of responsibility (People, Product or Place) to assist your GM with running the store.
- Ensure all repair and maintenance (R&M) is up to date in your store
- Assist the GM with controlling costs. (Cost of Goods Sold, Labor, Supplies, etc.)
- Ensure guest satisfaction is top-notch at your store. Achieving and maintaining an average rating of 4.5-star reviews on Google, Yelp & any other prominent site
- Ensure the culture in your store represents Moby Dick’s Values
- Assist your GM with hiring, terminating & rate changes for your store
