Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members during assigned shifts
- Deliver and model outstanding customer service and resolve basic customer concerns
- Operate and oversee cash registers, including cash handling, reconciliation, and shift reports
- Promote and encourage customer enrollment in the Gas N Wash rewards/loyalty program
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store throughout assigned shift
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Absorb and communicate important updates to management and team members
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Assist with training new team members and provide ongoing support
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- At least 2 years of retail, convenience store, or customer service experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, responsible, and team-oriented
