SHIFT LEAD

Responsibilities

• Help maximize productivity of team members during each shift.
• Adequately adhere to the highest safety standards.
• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules.
• Recruit and develop employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding Safety and HR.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements on proper forms.
• Manage employee relations issues.
• Load and unload materials from trailers.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• One year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.
