SHIFT LEAD

About the role

You’ll help ensure your team of co-workers are maximizing their overall productivity during each shift, while adhering to the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Help set shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s)
• Recruit and develop employees
• Follow company policies regarding Safety and HR
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed
• Track movements on the proper forms
• Manage employee relations issues
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area
• Check to make sure loads are secure
• Perform daily equipment checks on industrial power equipment
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Execute basic financial data entry
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
• Forklift certification

Hourly Pay $22.00/hr.
