Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Help ensure team maximizes productivity during each shift while adhering to safety standards.
• Set shift/operating schedules to best serve local customers under the direction of the On-Site Manager.
• Recruit and develop employees.
• Follow company policies regarding Safety and HR.
• Order and maintain supplies, arrange for office equipment maintenance, and assist with forklift duties.
• Track movements on proper forms, manage employee relations, and perform daily equipment checks.
• Load and unload materials, perform basic financial data entry, and execute assignments accurately and safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in extreme conditions including heat, cold, and air particulates.
• Repetitively adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts of varying lengths.
• Sit for long periods of time.
• Work in environments with varying noise levels.
• Use personal protective equipment (eye and ear protection).
• Lift pallets by hand, each weighing between 50 lbs. to 75 lbs.
