Shift Lead – Amsterdam

About the role

We are seeking friendly and outgoing individuals who are customer service minded to join our teams at Bowled in our new location in Amsterdam. Applicants should be hardworking, reliable, able to multitask, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle cash transactions and manage tipping
• Assist customers with menu inquiries and order taking
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Help maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar customer service role is a plus
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred

Skills

• Customer service orientation
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions

Pay

$14.50 – $16.50 per hour based on experience
