Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members throughout assigned shifts
- Provide coaching, direction, and motivation to maintain a positive work environment
- Aid in training new hires on operational procedures, customer service, and food safety standards
- Help monitor team performance and address concerns professionally as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
- Lead by example in maintaining strong hospitality and service standards
- Assist in overseeing daily food service operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure food quality, preparation, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently followed
- Support smooth workflow between front-of-house and kitchen operations
- Help maintain equipment and ensure safe operational practices are followed
- Assist with inventory tracking, stock organization, and supply management
- Monitor product levels and communicate inventory needs to management
- Help minimize waste and maintain proper stock rotation procedures
- Ensure compliance with all sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards
- Support register operations and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities, including cleaning, restocking, and securing the location
- Follow company procedures related to financial transactions and reporting
Additional Responsibilities
- Support promotions, operational initiatives, and company goals
- Absorb during busy periods to maintain efficient service and team productivity
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Previous food service, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of food safety and operational procedures
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight when necessary
