Shift Lead 2

Overview

The Shift Lead 2 will provide superior customer service to our customers and support the General Manager in all facets of retail operations to ensure the store is operating at optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
• Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Perform open and closing duties, including bank deposits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Customer service experience or retail experience (preferred).
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• Able to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Able to complete required training within two months of hire.

Pay

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 / Hourly Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
