Shift Lead 2
Overview
The Shift Lead 2 will provide superior customer service to our customers and support the General Manager in all facets of retail operations to ensure the store is operating at optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
- Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment.
- Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
- Perform open and closing duties, including bank deposits.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School.
- A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Customer service experience or retail experience (preferred).
- Experience leading a team (preferred).
- Able to achieve placement in the succession program.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
- Able to complete required training within two months of hire.
Pay
Pay: $16.79 - $18.79 / Hourly Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
