The Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead (“Shift Lead”) provides exceptional client and pet experiences while assisting the Practice Manager and/or Chief of Staff (COS) in guiding the team to maximize productivity and profitability of the hospital, and helps ensure effective communication with all clients, internal stakeholders, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Practice Manager and/or Chief of Staff (COS) in guiding the team to maximize productivity and profitability of the hospital.
• Performs the duties of a Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant when needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary practice management or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
