Responsible For
- Participating in performance improvement and organizational projects as assigned.
- Aiding frontline staff in coordinating patient care to achieve the highest levels of patient satisfaction and quality of care.
- Maintaining collaborative and positive working relationships with all disciplines, departments, and community partners.
- Promoting positive public relations and serving as IRMC Ambassador while directing and supporting organizational operations.
Key Duties
- Administering, clinical, and operational functions of Patient Services in the absence of the Nursing Leadership during off shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Directing and supporting all IRMC departments on an as-needed basis.
- Maintaining the responsibility for the implementation of the Mission, Vision, and Goals of the Organization and Patient Services.
- Cooking staffing of departments and ensuring productivity standards of Patient Services.
Requirements
- Current Licensure as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Three to five years nursing experience, including leadership abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
- Must be BLS certified (or obtain within one month of hire).
