About the role

As a Product Manager at Sephora, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new products.
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and customer expectations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features based on business objectives and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing multiple product initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in digital product management is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
  • Knowledge of product development processes and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools like Salesforce, Marketo, etc.

Pay

$80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
