About the role
As a Product Manager at Sephora, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new products.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and customer expectations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features based on business objectives and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing multiple product initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in digital product management is a plus.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
- Knowledge of product development processes and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools like Salesforce, Marketo, etc.

$80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
