Shelter Caseworker

About the Role

The Shelter Caseworker supports homeless individuals in Livingston County by completing an intake for clients and provide support services to clients while in the warming center. Connecting them with community resources, and promoting long-term stability is a key component to this position. The Caseworker will likely encounter clients that have experiences with long term homelessness, mental health and substance abuse concerns along with other barriers that impact their ability to maintain suitable/safe
