About the Programme
From the outset, you will engage in a comprehensive on-boarding programme that systematically exposes you to all areas of the organisation. Depending on your chosen career path, you will participate in a two- to five-year development programme featuring two or three rotations. These rotations combine on-the-job learning with formal training opportunities, offering stimulating, hands-on roles and the chance to familiarise yourself with Shell’s company values.
