Seleção de Bolsista para Projeto de Ensino Nº 062789 – Ações para a viabilização e a consolidação da educação a distância do Colégio Politécnico da UFSM

Scholarship opportunity for 4 positions: 3 starting in January 2026 and 1 starting in March 2026.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project and course meetings
• Support planning and activities for distance education at the Colégio Politécnico
• Collaborate in the semester planning of distance technical courses
• Assist in planning and developing in-person practical activities, study visits, and events for distance technical courses
• Monitor and assist students in adapting to and building connections with distance technical courses and the Colégio Politécnico
• Support students in their distance learning activities, facilitating access to the virtual environment and interaction with instructors
• Organize activities to promote student retention, learning, and accessibility in distance education
• Refer students with learning difficulties or specific educational needs to pedagogical and/or psychological support
• Collaborate in the construction and development of evaluation activities for distance technical courses and distance education at the Colégio
• Support the promotion of distance technical courses and their activities
• Write reports

Requirements

• Be a regularly enrolled and attending student in undergraduate, technical, high school, or PROEJA/FIC (Continuing Education) programs at the Federal University of Santa Maria
• After selection, the student will be included in the project as a "participant" in the UFSM Projects Portal
• Have updated personal information (email and phone) in UFSM portals
• Have a personal checking account at banks authorized to receive payments via SIAFI (Integrated Financial Administration System) to enable scholarship payments
• Not hold any other scholarship, except for Socioeconomic Benefit (BSE) or occasional aid

Selection Process

• Analysis of the student's academic transcript (maximum score: 5)
• Individual interview via videoconference (Google Meet) to assess competencies, skills, and relevant experience (maximum score: 5)
• Availability to fulfill 20 hours per week of scholarship activities

Candidates will be ranked in descending order of their final scores.

Benefits

• Monthly scholarship of R$750.00 (seven hundred fifty reais) during the validity period (until December 31, 2026)
• Coverage under personal accident insurance during scholarship hours
• Defined schedule for scholarship activities without prejudice to other academic activities
• Receive necessary guidance for performing scholarship activities

Duties

• Be responsible for the information provided during selection
• Allocate 20 hours per week to scholarship activities
• Communicate justifications for any absences and scholarship withdrawal to the coordinator
• Comply with the established Scholarship Activity Plan
• Maintain regular attendance in enrolled courses

Failure to comply with the above duties will result in scholarship cancellation.

Schedule

• Application period: December 1–7, 2025
• List of approved candidates: December 8, 2025
• Interviews: December 11, 2025
• Final selection results: December 12, 2025
• Scholarship start date: January 1, 2026 (for 3 positions; 1 position starts in March 2026)
• Weekly commitment: 20 hours
