We are hiring an experienced Sheet Metal Shop Journeyman for our HVAC fabrication shop. This is a shop-based sheet metal fabrication position for someone who is experienced working from blueprints, shop drawings, submittals, and project specifications to fabricate and assemble commercial and industrial HVAC sheet metal products. What You’ll Do As a Sheet Metal Shop Journeyman, you will fabricate and assemble sheet metal products and equipment used on commercial and industrial HVAC projects. Your Responsibilities Will Include Fabricate and assemble HVAC sheet metal products and componentsRead and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and submittalsComplete fabrication according to project specificationsMeasure, cut, form, and assemble sheet metal materialsProduce accurate, quality fabrication workComplete assigned work efficiently while maintaining quality standardsFollow shop procedures and IMCOR safety requirementsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaPerform additional sheet metal trade-related assignments as needed What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of recent HVAC sheet metal experienceStrong sheet metal fabrication and assembly skillsCommercial and/or industrial HVAC experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and submittalsAbility to work accurately from measurements and project specificationsDependable attendance and reliable work habitsStrong attention to qualityCommitment to workplace safetyAbility to work effectively with a fabrication shop team Why Join IMCOR?
