Sheet Metal Operations Master Scheduler

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling sheet metal operations at the Argon Industries Milwaukee Facility. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules that meet project deadlines and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure materials are available and equipment is ready for production runs.
• Monitor progress against schedule and take corrective action as needed.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management and team members to ensure clear understanding of schedules and expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations scheduling or similar role.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for scheduling and data analysis.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$80 - $110 annually

Schedule
