Employment Type and Schedule

Full Time, able to work 1st shift, 2nd shift and 3rd shift hours.

Requirements And Experience

• Must be able to read blueprints and have a basic understanding of the HVAC duct systems
• Ability to manage time and production effectively following directions from the supervisors
• Must have the ability to install and work with all the different sheet metal materials used in the trade
• Must have all required tools to perform the job
• Lead and teach apprentices ensuring they are working safely within the company guidelines and policies.
• Skilled in the use of hands and tools used in the sheet metal trade
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of commercial sheet metal mechanic experience
• Able to understand 3D plans, drawings and layouts
• Able to climb and balance on ladders, stand or sit for long periods at a time
• Must not have fear of heights, among others
• Able to pass regular drug testing
• Open to background checks
