We're seeking Fabrication Technicians to build high-performance Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) systems that bring fresh air to hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings across the country. You’ll operate cutting-edge equipment—lasers, punches, press brakes, panel benders, and robotic systems—to craft high-quality components in a climate-controlled, clean, and safety-focused facility.
Schedule
Choose Your Schedule:
- Four 10-hour days: Monday – Thursday
- Five 8-hour days: Monday – Friday
Start your day between 5:00–6:00 AM, and enjoy flexibility built around your life.
Responsibilities
- Operate metal fabrication equipment (laser, punch, press brake, panel bender, robotic systems)
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Perform precision sheet metal production
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years operating metal fabrication equipment (laser, punch, press brake, etc.) (Press and Trumpf)
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience
- Comfortable reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong communicator who’s proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating sheet metal equipment (laser, punch, panel bender, press brake preferred)
- 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience required
- Basic computer and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, and read measurements in inches and feet)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing instructions
- Ability to frequently lift up to 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally
