Carry out non-destructive testing inspections of structures, pipelines, or components and materials using various NDT equipment.

Conduct NDT testing in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and procedures.
Select, prepare, load, calibrate, or operate NDT equipment.
Identify defects in materials using appropriate testing techniques.
Document findings and complete work orders according to established protocols.
Drive company vehicles safely and maintain a clean driving record.
Instruct assigned assistants and ensure the safety of the team.

Safety: Knowledge of applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures; ability to enforce safety standards and monitor others.
Work Ethic: Ability to work demanding and flexible schedules, including long hours, call-outs, and extended travel.
Physical Demands: Strength to lift and carry up to 150 pounds, agility for climbing and working at heights, and endurance for prolonged standing and walking.
Customer Service: Professional interaction with customers and punctuality.
Teamwork: Effective collaboration and instruction abilities.
NDT Methods: Expertise in multiple NDT methods and willingness to learn and apply new skills.
Mechanical: Intermediate mechanical knowledge.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Certification/License: Valid driver’s license; certification in UT Shearwave, and additional certifications are preferred.
Experience: Demonstrated NDT skills, knowledge, or experience, particularly in Shear Wave and Phased Array methods, and previous PLI experience is beneficial.
